Cranberry Pistachio Shortbread
Ingredients:-
All Purpose Flour-1 1/4 cups
Butter softened-1/2 cup (1 stick)
Sugar-1/3 cups
Vanilla Extract-1/2 tsp
Pista Coarsely - 1/2 cup(chopped)
Dried Cranberries-1/2 cup(chopped)
Method:-
Chop the pista and dried cranberries.
Mix all purpose flour and salt and keep aside.
Beat butter until smooth.(about 1-2 minutes)
Add sugar and beat until creamy.(about 3 minutes)
