Yellow Moong Dal Tadka
Ingredients:-
Yellow split moong dal-1 cup
Water-3 cups
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Green Chillies-2
Tomato-1
Salt to taste
For Tempering:-
Oil / Ghee-1 tsp
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Red chillies-1 nos
Curry leaves-few
Hing / Asafoetida-1 pinch
Method:-
In a pressure cooker,cook the moong dal along with tomato and 3 cups of water for about 4 whistles.
