Microwave Palkova (Indian Milk Sweet)

Ingredients:-

Condensed Milk / Milkmaid -1 can (480ML)
Yogurt / Curd -3 tbsp
Ghee / Butter-1/2 tbsp



Method:-


Grease a microwave safe bowl,with ghee or butter.


Open the condensed milk and pour it fully into the bowl and add the yogurt.





Keep it in microwave high for 10 minutes and stir in between (every 40 seconds),after 12 minutes add ghee keep it microwave.

Microwave Corn Flour Halwa / Karachi Halwa /Easy Diwali Sweets

Ingredients:-


Corn Flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar -1 & 1/2 cups
Water-2 cups
Ealchi Powder- 1 pinch
Cashews-6 nos
Ghee-2 -3 tsp
Any Food Colour-1 pinch



Method:-

Mix corn flour,sugar,water and food color in a large microwavable bowl,without any lumps.


















Microwave in high for 6 minutes.After 4 minutes in between,mix once.Again microwave for 6 minutes,stirring in between after
