Gatti Ulli Pakodi / Crispy Onion Fritters
Ingredients:-
Besan / Gram dal Flour-1 1/2 cup
Rice Flour-1/2 cup
Green Chillies-5 to 6 nos (Finely chopped)
Ginger Paste-1 tsp
Onion-2 nos large (sliced)
Oil-2 tbsp
Curry Leaves-few
Cashew nuts- hand full (soak in water for 10 minutes)(optional)
Baking Soda-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-for deep frying
Method:-
Take a bowl add very thin sliced onions,green chillies,ginger ,curry leaves
