Go to birthdayFB site and connect with your Facebook account.
Give permission to that app to access friends list, birthday calender etc.
Once app connected with your Facebook, you would able to see a list of all upcoming birthday of your friends on that site.
Now click on the dropdown on right side of upcoming birthday of a friend.
Write you own preferred message or select from dropdown message which are written for you to be published in day of your friend's birthday on his/her Facebook wall.
Save as a canned message. It will be published in the day of that friend's birthday on Facebook wall.
You can schedule a personal message as birthday wish too be send on the birthday. For that you may go to Write Messages on the top menu. Do the same steps defined above but you can schedule only the friends with no pending messages. Even you could change the time of posting to friend's wall by going Preference menu.
