Ingredients:-
Milk-4 cups
Lemon Juice- 1/4 cup
Or
Curd-1 1/2 cup ( i used curd u can use curd or lemon juice)
Sugar-1 1/2 cups
Water-4 1/2 cups
Pressure cooker
Method:-
Heat milk,bring it to boil and simmer it.
When milk starts boiling,add lemon juice or curd to the boiling milk and stir properly.Stir continuously till the whey water clears and the milk curdles completely. Drain
